We had this beautiful place all to ourselves for this amazing high school senior and his Mustang! He wanted his senior portraits in the mountains with one of his cars. Yes, he already owns two cars and he’s an avid auto mechanic too, which means that he’s the guy all of his friends turn to whenever their car starts acting up (or if it stops acting at all)! He’s also into sports and snowboarding, and while the snow season was already over, we could certainly get some pretty awesome mountain scenes for his senior photographs. Not to mention one of the great things about going to a place like this in the spring is that we got in before the summer busy season too. We never saw another person the whole time!

Seriously, we had an awesome time exploring and capturing so many incredible images. His colors worked well with the landscape (Yes, there’s a reason I recommend avoiding green and anything super dark, especially in spring!) and he loved getting photographed with his car for sure! I had a spot in mind a little ways away around sunset that I thought would look amazing with his car and it worked out perfectly! His mom was a great help too as my lighting assistant at the end!🙂
