I love moody, foggy scenes, especially when the fog appears to wrap around trees and mountains. And that is exactly what we got for this winter family photography session for this lovely family of three and their dog! We met up at the park on a chilly, wet day. The forecast had called for no rain, but sure enough, once we got started, the rain started too! Thankfully, it wasn’t a downpour, but more like a drizzle and they all took it in stride as we explored the muddy lake bed and the interesting stumps that populate it. I love the look of this place when the water level is at its lowest! And I’m glad we were able to get some images with their dog Ajax too! It had been many years since they had family photographs taken and as any family with kids knows, they grow up so fast! Their little guy is not so little anymore now and is now the tallest in their household!
