What an incredible family session in the Cascade mountains this was! It’s hard to believe it happened way back in early September, but the truth is that I’m way behind on posting right now. It has been an all-out race to the finish line in getting everyone’s images ready. I’m happy to say that everything got finished in time and now I can finally start posting some images from all of the wonderful sessions that I’ve had throughout the busy season. It’s going to be fun ride through memory lane!

I photographed this lovely family of three last year, but we had their session in December when there was snow and a bit of rain, so I’m glad we got a nice warm-ish day for them this time around! We visited one of my favorite mountain locations and had an awesome time exploring with these three and their dog! The water level was incredibly low, so we had to hike quite a ways out there to actually get to the lake, but it was worth it! With the mountains surrounding the lake, it was super beautiful! Their dog Ajax certainly loved the water too! 🙂 And it was awesome capturing images of their son with playful Ajax!
