It was raining nearly sideways and about 36 degrees, but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing session for this lovely couple expecting their first child soon! Plus, being around the holidays, their extended family was in town, so we got to include the soon-to-be new grandparents and uncle too! She wore an amazing green cloak that looked like something straight out of The Lord of the Rings, which by the way, is one of my favorite movie series of all time! And with the wind blowing it just the right way, it was incredible!

These two looked absolutely amazing and you can see the excitement they have for their new baby on the way! And since they are waiting until birth to find out if they are having a boy or a girl, they’ll get some added excitement on the day of when they find out! Incidentally, while they now call the PNW their home, they were married in Michigan in the snow, so this session in many ways fit in quite nicely with that!

Congratulations you two! I’m super excited for you to meet your new baby!
