The approach of Fall always means the start of family portrait season. With shorter days and colder, wetter weather on the horizon, the Fall rush means that I’m booked for family sessions every weekend (and often on weekdays too) until we get into November. I absolutely love photographing families (and actually began my photographic career with family portraits), but it does get super busy and I find that my editing cue grows exponentially around this time. Factor in the fact that wedding season peaks just before family season and well, you can perhaps see how my editing backlog can become quite long indeed. So, I’d like to take a moment and thank all of my clients for their patience during this busy time. And while it may take a while longer than it would during less busy times, rest assured, I will get all of my family sessions edited with time to spare before the holidays! It has been an honor, privilege, and absolutely endless fun photographing so many wonderful families this year (and I’ve still got more amazing family sessions to go)! Thank you!
For this lovely family of three, we met up at a local park. And wow, what a cute little guy! Those blue eyes!!! We explored the area, checked out the river, and even boxed hime up! 😉 He loved hanging out in the box and playing with the leaves! It was so much fun to capture this little guy having a fun family outing with his Mom and Dad. He loved playing with the dandelion seeds too! He is such an adorable baby boy and together they make an absolutely wonderful family!
Thank you all for the lovely session! It was so much fun spending the evening with you and capturing the three of you together! Enjoy the sneak peek at a few of the many highlights!
Sweet pictures. A baby’s personality comes through.
