Known for its spectacular views of Lake Washington, Seattle, and beyond, The Cub at Newcastle is among the most spectacular wedding locations in the Seattle area! I’m so glad we got to head out on the golf course for a few minutes just before sunset to capture some of those gorgeous views along with that golden sunlight as these two celebrated their wedding day. With her dress and hair flowing with the wind (oh yes, we had some wind that day!), they both looked incredible out there!

After they got ready, we went outside for their lovely first look and then an intimate vow reading overlooking the golf course. They both wanted to read their vows to each other in private before the ceremony, so this gave them an opportunity for some quiet time together before we all headed to the tent for their ceremony. And as her father handed off his daughter to her soon to be husband, there were hardly any dry eyes there. You really could feel the love and support from all of their guests for the couple throughout the ceremony and reception. It was pretty incredible! And they even ended the evening of dancing and celebration in style with an energetic sparkler sendoff!
