Seattle Indian Wedding Photographer | James Thomas Long Photography | Nina & Mark | Destination Wedding | Sangeet!

It’s coming: Nina & Mark’s gorgeous destination wedding in the San Francisco Bay Area! And to kick things off, I’ve got a sneak peek at a few of the highlights from their Sangeet (well, actually it was a Meh-geet since there was a mehndi artist too)! Flying in from Seattle in the morning, I joined up with Nina and Mark that evening as they were getting ready for their big pre-wedding celebration. And what a celebration it was! The performances were amazing, including a Bollywood-influenced boy meets girl dance skit by friends and family, documenting how they met, got engaged, and some great moments along the way as well! Seriously, this was definitely among the most entertaining Sangeets I’ve ever had the privilege of photographing (and I’ve photographed quite a few)! There were games, speeches, dances, singing, and then of course a big dance party at the end! And all this before the wedding day too…! Oh yeah, we’re just gettin’ started!!!

Thank you to Denise and her team at d. Royal Engagements for planning such a spectacular event!

Congratulations Nina & Mark! I had a wonderful weekend working with you and your family and friends. Thank you for the opportunity to photograph your beautiful wedding!
