San Mateo San Francisco Bay Area Baby Photographer: One Year old Girl!

I love capturing this age! When they start walking on their own and exploring their surroundings… it’s just magical to capture! And this session was certainly full of just adorable, magical moments! We ventured to San Mateo’s Central Park – it was my first time inside the Japanese Tea Garden there. I think I’ll definitely be going back! It is quite beautiful there and with some lingering fall colors… gorgeous!

Thank you so much for the wonderful session! I am so glad I was able to capture your daughter at this brief, but adorable stage in her life! And with all of her baby hair literally days away from being removed (yep, she’s getting her head shaved!), now you will always be able to remember it! Enjoy your sneak peek!

I’ll start with a family portrait – one of my favorites from the day. I’m lovin’ the Tea Gardens!

You know, those first months of walking where they sort of “wobble” around as they learn to maintain balance. She looks absolutely adorable in her wobble walk, don’t you think!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedAnd with Mom…!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedWe went to the playground too for a few trips down the slide!undefinedAnd of course, who doesn’t love to climb through the tunnel??!!!   =]undefinedundefinedundefined

The pictures look great. My favorite pictures are my daughters solo picture with the dried leaves. The yellow dried leaves falling as well as fallen on the ground gives a beautiful coloring to the pictures. Next in the line are her Wobble walk pics. The pictures have perfectly captured her walking style and are super cute. Pictures in the bridge with dad and the family are great. The best part in the family pictures is that they are natural. Thanks James for directing us how to pose and capturing shots at the right moment. Other shots that caught my attention was the ones on the slide..really nice..my daughters excitement is well captured. And the one I don’t wont to forget to talk about is the one where me and my husband are holding hands with my daughter. The sun lit background is the highlight of that picture. I really loved all the pictures.
