I’ve had so many sessions lately that I’ve barely had time to go through the photographs yet! But it has been about a week since my last post and these are just too adorable to wait for, so here we go! I had actually photographed this little one and her wonderful family when she was just a newborn about 1 year ago and I can’t believe how time flies! Mom & dad wanted outdoor photographs this time, so we decided on another beautiful east bay park – one that I’ve been to many times, but never had the chance to have a session there before… I love trying new places! And picking out amazing spots with beautiful lighting at this park really was a breeze too! There was so much new green grass sprouting up and together with her pink dress, the colors were absolutely perfect! Yes indeed, spring is finally here!

We were all quite relieved when the weather decided to go easy on us this time (after twice postponing)! But as the saying goes, good things do come to those who wait! This super adorable little girl was a little tired after her nap, but after a few minutes in dad’s arms, it wasn’t long before she was all smiles, especially in my pink rocking chair!

I love this one – the field of wild grasses, her sweater and hair blowing in the wind… timeless, especially with some vintage treatments!Here comes the pink!There’s that chair!This one was actually the last shot of the day. The amazing landscape and the increasingly ominous clouds made for such a dramatic combination that I just had to capture this one.Of course, we had to box her up too!Baby feet!She was really full of expressions and tons of smiles!I love how the breeze made her hair stand up in this one. She really didn’t like touching the grass (good thing I brought the chair and the box!), but we managed to distract her long enough to get this shot and it was definitely worth it!
