I’ve been crazy busy lately editing and finishing up projects. It’s so exciting to be able to post some of the completed photographs! After all, I put so much into each and every one of these images and anyone who has seen me photograph their wedding, family, kids, baby, etc. knows that I work very hard to get these shots! But once in a while, it deserves mention that my work is no where near finished when I put my camera back in my bag! In fact, the most time consuming part for me is the editing – literally spending hours and hours in front of the computer, meticulously working each image to create the works of art that you see in these posts. It is an enormous amount of work (especially when it comes to weddings!), but as both an artist and a perfectionist (almost to a fault!), it is something I am driven to do and love doing at the same time. Is it worth all that the effort? Absolutely!!
I would lastly like to thank you – all of my clients for your patience, especially right now as things have been busier than ever for me and I want to give each one of your projects the same kind of dedication and attention to detail so that you can have works of art to treasure for years to come as well. It will well worth the wait!
And now another beautiful post for Rajneet & Amrit – the third leading up to their wedding. This one features Rajneet’s mehndi and Amrit’s Batna ceremony. Her mehndi was just absolutely stunning! Words really can’t describe how beautiful it was, so I’ll let the images speak for themselves. Many thanks to both families for another wonderful day! Here are a few of my personal favorites from. Enjoy the sneak peek!
Rajneet looked absolutely spectacular!
One of the things the bride has to do before the wedding is find all of the letters in the groom’s name hidden within her mehndi. Here she is showing one of the letters – can you see it?! The colors are just gorgeous!
I love how his daughter is reflected in his sunglasses here.
The bride’s grandmother. You can see the joy and pride in her eyes.
Then it was off to the groom’s house for his Batna.
Yep, on the face too! Here, the groom’s Mom is making sure his face is well-covered!
