Senior year is an exciting time. And I think that is especially true now that students are able to go back to in-person school. It is a year of figuring things out, making decisions about the next stage in their lives, honing in on the skills and talents they’ve developed, and enjoying what may be the last year they live under their parent’s roof as they prepare to become more independent. For parents, that realization that it may be the last year they’ll be living at home is a big one, for sure! As a dad myself, I remember thinking when my daughter was born that 18 years is quite a long time, but now I see just how fast those years go by! And so, senior portraits are a way of celebrating those years, of remembering this important milestone and the amazing young person they’ve become, and looking forward to what the future holds for them. It has been an honor to photograph so many wonderful seniors this year (and there are more to come)! Congratulations Class of 2022!
This amazing senior runs cross-country, enjoys science, likes spending time outdoors in our beautiful Pacific Northwest, so a local park with some great trees and river access worked out perfectly! He’s also excited about sports returning to (mostly) normal this year! It was a super fun session and his casual attire fit his laid-back personality. And we even had minimal wind, which made for some great reflections in the river as well.
Thank you all for the great session! Enjoy a few of the highlights!
