This lovely couple traveled all the way from New York to have their adventure engagement session at Mount Baker in the North Cascades (and do some more hiking while they were here)! Despite the hot July we’d been having, there was still quite a bit of snow in many places, which made for an interesting mix of terrain with some wildflowers springing up in places and other areas still buried or just emerging from the snow. It was a warm day, but you could always head to a big snow patch to cool off a bit! 😉 Which of course we did, including throwing a little snow around as well!

I have to say, they are such a sweet couple – among the nicest you’ll ever meet! And they looked absolutely incredible together out there! I loved their outfits too and the flowers they brought along made the perfect pop of color! It was awesome exploring the area and capturing these two enjoying themselves surrounded by jaw-dropping scenery! And of course we had to capture a few images of them writing their initials on a snow bank! I’m really happy for these two who plan to tie the knot soon and I’m glad that they had a wonderful first trip here to the beautiful PNW!
