I’m so excited for these two who finally got to have the wedding of their dreams after waiting for so, so long! Originally planned for the beginning of April in 2020, everything got shut down and they had to postpone. And they didn’t just have to postpone once, they had to postpone twice because later that fall in 2020, things were still not looking much better! It has been a challenging couple of years, to say the least! But in the Spring of 2020, with the cherry blossoms in full bloom on the Kirkland waterfront, these two finally got to have their dream wedding at the beautiful Woodmark Hotel! It was a beautiful ceremony on the waterfront and the weather was about as warm as one could possibly hope for around here at the end of March, so it was perfect for their little boat ride in Lake Washington just before sunset. Yes, the Woodmark offers their couples a little cruise in their yacht after their wedding ceremony!
Kathleen and Max look absolutely amazing and their ceremony was beautiful and full of emotion. When you have to wait so long for something, it makes it all the more special when it finally does happen. These two deserved this awesome day! From the anticipation as they got ready, their absolutely beautiful first look, their ceremony, it was incredible! And just wait until you see the reception where they had a live 8-member band perform for the dancing! And everyone got flashing glow sticks to dance with too!!! It was incredible!
Congratulations Kathleen and Max!!! Thank you so much for the honor of capturing your special day! It was such a pleasure working with you and your family and friends! Enjoy your first sneak peek at a few of the many highlights from before the ceremony. More to come soon!
