Grand Hyatt Union Square San Francisco Hindu Wedding Photographer | Vishal & Sanam

They met 2 years ago at a rooftop party in Hong Kong. Vishal’s luck at beer pong that night appeared to have been seriously lacking… But in life, fate sometimes weaves a path for us in interesting and unexpected ways and what may initially seem like bad luck may end up leading to something far greater. Vishal’s struggling beer pong game caught the eye of Sanam… And while they didn’t start dating right away, it was that encounter that would eventually lead to this day. Who’s to say if Vishal had played well that night, perhaps they might never have met… Call it what you will… I think it was fate…

And so, 2 years after that fateful night of losing ping pong balls off the rooftop, Sanam & Vishal celebrate their wedding. And we are thrilled to have gotten to be a part of it! Planning a wedding from overseas is definitely no easy task, but Avant Planners did an amazing job of putting all of this together and their Hindu wedding at the Grand Hyatt Union Square in San Francisco was nothing shy of spectacular! From her gorgeous lengha, Vishal’s epic baraat through the streets of San Francisco, to the dazzling ceremony and Sangeet reception, this was a feast for the eyes, for sure. And this is just Day 1! (their Christian ceremony was the following day – more on this in the coming weeks!) Thank you both for opportunity to photograph your beautiful wedding! Both of you looked absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to show you more! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Congratulations Sanam & Vishal!
Absolutely beautiful lengha! When it comes to wedding gifts for the groom, you just can’t go wrong with Daft Punk bobble heads! 😉Before the wedding, Vishal had a Puja ceremony with his family.I loved their first look outside the hotel near Union Square. Then it was time for Vishal’s epic baraat!People were coming from all-over, flooding the streets and joining the celebration. It was incredible! And then the Sangeet!Congratulations Vishal & Sanam!
