I absolutely love it here in the Snoqualmie Valley! Nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Cascade Mountains, nature abounds and alpine adventures are just a short drive away. For this adventure, we hiked down to the lower Snoqualmie Falls. While I love the views from above too, it is often super super crowded, especially on a sunny weekend afternoon! We had the place all to ourselves! Getting there was a bit of a hike through trails and of course, some mud, but we all made it! This session was extra special because these three are officially becoming a family very soon! Their little girl did an awesome job trekking through the forest and getting down the steep part at the end! And what an amazing afternoon it was! We had so much fun exploring and I got to capture their lovely connections and an amazing 5-year-old’s energy and spirit along the way! She loved being tossed in the air, sprinting through the fields, and snuggling with her Mom and soon to be new Dad (in August 2020 it will become official)! They are going to make such a lovely family!
