I had the opportunity to photograph this lovely family of three, along with some of their extended family at beautiful Dublin Heritage Park in the East Bay this past weekend. I had never been to this park before and enjoyed trying out a new location. It’s always exciting to look for amazing light in new spots, along with different textures and colors in the background!

But what I enjoyed most, was capturing these (and many more) images for this wonderful family. It has truly been an honor to photograph them over the years. I remember when their daughter was just a newborn – it’s seems like it wasn’t so long ago… and now she’s recently turned 6 (which, by the way, is an amazing age to capture)! I’m reminded of how quickly time flies and how important it is to capture these early childhood years, because they do go by so quickly. Suffice to say, we had a lot of fun (and a bit of a workout too, but I wouldn’t have it any other way)! 🙂
