This amazing high school senior traveled all the way from Alaska with her family to have her senior portraits at a beautiful lake in the Cascade Mountains. OK, well actually she and her family were in town for a Seattle Storm game too, so it wasn’t just for her senior portraits, but…😉 We visited one of my favorite lakes around and had an awesome evening exploring the area, hopping from rock to rock in the river, balancing on logs, and of course, lightly stepping through mud to get to the perfect spots! I mean, there has to be at least some mud, right? Her mom even got to be in a few of the photographs with her too!🙂
She’s a runner too, running track, cross-country, volleyball, and also basketball in her remote community in Alaska, where the only way to get to any major city is by plane and where summer days (and winter nights) almost never end. After high school, she’s planning to go to college and study to become a teacher and I know without a doubt that whatever she decides to put her mind to, she’s going to be great at it.
Thank you for the wonderful session. It was so great to meet you and your mom and I hope you have an incredible senior year! Congratulations class of 2026!
