This amazing senior had her HS senior portraits at a lovely park on Mercer Island. I hadn’t actually been to this park since probably at some point when I was a little kid, so it was like going to a place I’d never been before, and of course, that got me even more excited to shoot there! I always love exploring new locations and this one had quite a lot to offer, with beach areas, docks, colorful leaves, and even some old ruins. Yes, old ruins from some sort of old dairy farm!? I love old, decaying structures and once we started shooting there, I think they quickly started to see the potential as well! Her sweater and jeans worked so well with the colors we had around the ruins too! We had an amazing time exploring so much of the park (it is huge, so we didn’t get to go everywhere) and we also lucked out with our last warm day of the year – I think it might have been about 65 degrees over there, which is crazy warm for any time in November! She started with a beautiful dress for the first half and then changed to casual for the remainder, which actually worked out perfectly because we finished along the water where there were some cool boulders to climb on!
Thank you all for the wonderful session! I’m so glad the weather worked out for us and we got to have the session at a place that you have some fond memories of! Now you’ll have even more fond memories there! 🙂
Congratulations to you and the Class of 2025! Enjoy a peak at a few of the many highlights!
