There’s always something special about getting married at the beautiful Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie. The atmosphere, being surrounded by nature, and being at the top of gorgeous Snoqualmie Falls definitely make this one of the best spots around to get married. And I have to admit, being able to call this beautiful little city nestled in the Cascade foothills my home is a huge plus too! 🙂

This intimate wedding was beautiful for so many reasons. Not only was it a wedding in a beautiful place between two beautiful people in love, but it was also the start of a new family. The groom’s son gained a new stepmom and the inclusion of him in the ceremony with the bride reading some vows to him was absolutely beautiful. And throughout the day, I was able to see (and capture) how much that little boy loves his new stepmom and how much she loves him. And so it was even more than the beautiful union of this lovely couple – it was the union of these three as a new family.

From the first looks (there was one for her father, one for the groom’s son, and one for the groom!) to the Peaky Blinders shots of the groom and his posse, to the beautiful dances at the end, this was a wedding full of joy, celebration, and love.
