We had one of those gloriously cool and overcast summer days for this lovely family’s adventure family session in the Cascade Mountains. Yes, my favorite kind of summer weather is actually when it feels more like fall, but to each their own and I think all of us out there enjoyed the cool, fresh air that day (all of this heat we’ve had this summer has been rough for those of us who don’t do so well in the heat, myself definitely among them!).
With the road getting in closed again this summer, we hiked it in and had an amazing time with the entire place pretty much all to ourselves. The kids had fun playing on and around all the stumps out there and I absolutely loved how close they are! They look so adorable together and were game for striking a pose on the stumps or sitting down and snuggling together as well! And of course, we captured plenty with their Mom and Dad too while they all had fun together too! Plus, their Grandmother came out with us as well and we captured some beautiful images with everyone together and her with her grandkids! It was pretty awesome and I think I was a bit dizzy at the time capturing the images, playing puppeteer, and being the adventure guide, but it was definitely a fun kind of dizzy! 🙂
Thank you all for the amazing session! It was so much fun spending the evening with you all and capturing these (and many more!). You have a beautiful family and I hope you enjoy these images for many years to come!
