This lovely couple came all the way from Indiana to celebrate their 20th anniversary here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Happy anniversary you two! Mountains, evergreen forests, and water were on their short list of scenery must-haves, so I’m glad we found a great location with plenty of all of these things for them! Since areas near Mt. Rainier are still covered in lots of snow, we opted for some mountain views and a lake at a lower elevation and lucked out with a beautiful weather day (just after several days in a row of rain)! It was nice and cool so we never had to worry about getting too hot and sweaty, but it wasn’t cold enough to need a jacket really either, so it was basically perfect!

We had such a great time wandering around the area. And we pretty much had the entire place to ourselves! They are so cute together and both enjoyed the chance to explore something quite a bit different from what they have back home. I remember early on she said she was so excited to be here and her smile, laughter, and enthusiasm certainly spoke to that! Now they’ll have beautiful images of the two of them enjoying each other’s company on their 20th anniversary in in the Cascade mountains!
