This is Part II for Tyler and Nikki at the beautiful Peninsula Golf & Country Club in San Mateo. For part I, click here. We really had so much fun with their vintage theme that worked absolutely perfectly with the country club atmosphere! This post features some of the highlights after the ceremony… and let me just say there were quite a few highlights, that is for sure!

After the hugs and congratulations following the ceremony, I was whisked away (quite literally) in a golf cart for some bridal party portraits up on the hill. I love it when there is time to do some creative things with the bridal party – these are photographs that they will enjoy for years to come. After all, who knows when you and your closest friends and relatives will be together again??!!

We stepped out of the golf carts and it really wasn’t long before I had the guys hiking up their trousers… to show off their socks of course! I LOVE those socks!

Of course, we did some creative things with the ladies too!And then everyone together!This is also one of my favorite shots of the day. Just look how she puts a spring in his step!And then it was time for their first dance. This was not your traditional slow dance. In fact, I am not sure what to call it. Suffice to say, it was very well choreographed, very well executed, and just generally quite amazingly awesome! I love how her spin in this first one caused her dress to flare out!And then the toasts!I know I’ve already shown Tyler’s grandmother, but had to show one more! We love capturing the joy and emotion from the day from the guests as well and his grandmother was absolutely glowing! I just love her look here!Thank you both again for the honor of photographing your special day!
