What a wedding season it has been! It seems like I’ve been traveling all over the place to photograph weddings this year! And while wedding season is over here in the Seattle area, there are other places farther south where the weather is getting just about perfect right now. San Jose, CA is among them. And San Jose just so happens to be where the lovely Dolce Hayes Mansion is located, and, most importantly, where Emily & Ninad’s beautiful Hindu wedding ceremony and reception took place. On a warm sunny day inside their classic mandap that was situated in the lawn just outside the Hayes Mansion, Emily & Ninad were married in front of their family and friends. The joy that these two share together is unmistakable. You can see it in their smiles throughout the ceremony (throughout the entire day, for that matter!) and in those moments when they weren’t smiling, you could still see the joy in their eyes. It was a day so full of pure, genuine emotions that I really haven’t the words to describe it. Suffice to say, it is days like this that I live to capture… where the joy just bursts forth because it can’t be contained… And after the amazing afternoon I spent with them in San Francisco for their engagement photography session, I knew their wedding was going to be incredible. But after going through the images, it has become clear that this wedding wasn’t just incredible. It was so much more.
Congratulations Emily & Ninad! And thank you so much for the opportunity to photograph your beautiful wedding! I had an amazing time with both of you and all of your guests! You make an absolutely lovely couple! Enjoy a sneak peek at a few of the many highlights from your Hindu ceremony. More to come soon!Yep, I don’t think they ever stopped smiling! 🙂I love her mehendi – just had to show one more!
