Happy 4th!!! I know it was last week, but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had a chance to post anything lately and just wanted to share a few images from our very own Snoqualmie WA 4th of July fireworks show! In the past, my family has avoided going to shows, preferring to avoid the huge crowds, along with parking and traffic nightmares and catch the fireworks from a cozy couch indoors. But this year, since we’ve moved to a new town, we thought we’d see what all of the hoopla was about! 😉 And it was soooo cool!!! I’m amazed really that a small town like Snoqualmie can put on such a spectacular show. Seriously, it rivaled anything I’ve ever seen live or on TV. Parking was easy and while there were a lot of people at the community park, there was still plenty of space to roll out blankets on the grass for great views. The day started with a parade down Center Blvd. with tons of kids on bikes and scooters all decked out with red, white, and blue. Then there were all sorts of free bouncy houses and games for the kids, along with free snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy, water, and soda! Yep, all free!!!! I was truly blown away! Yet another reason I love living here in Snoqualmie!
Happy 4th everyone and have a wonderful summer! More posts of recent amazing sessions coming soon!
