East Bay Punjabi Wedding Photographer | Manpreet & Hardy | Bride’s Mehndi & Groom’s Sangeet

It was another incredible day of preparations and pre-wedding festivities for Hardy and Manpreet as we got closer to their Punjabi wedding day! First, I ventured to Morgan Hill to capture some of Manpreet’s Mehndi, which is customarily done two days before the wedding. Her Mehndi was so beautifully intricate! I was amazed by how her artist was able to create so much detail with such precision, all from memory and it was exciting to capture the process in detail!

Then it was off to Sacramento for Hardy’s Maiya, Jago, and Sangeet. It was full of festivity, highlighted by Hardy being covered with turmeric paste during his Maiya, and then later joining the Jago and Sangeet festivities afterwards! There were so many vibrant colors and I loved capturing the excitement of the celebration!

Thank you Hardy and Manpreet for another amazing day! It was a thrill and honor to be a part of your beautiful wedding events! Enjoy another sneak peek and I can’t wait to show more soon!

Asolutely stunning Mehndi! The groom’s Maiya typically starts with his parents being the first to apply the turmeric paste. Jago!
